The Mission

433Eros broadcasts a one hour presentation called "Rocket Ships and Rocking Chairs" on a monthly basis. We have made contact with multiple data streams and plan to unveil many of them after thorough scrubbing.

Please stay tuned and follow us @Erif_Der or @0433eros on twitter or subscribe to our Youtube channel here.

We welcome all transmissions and submissions.

Happy Happy, Joy Joy. Spaceships Are Cool... are cool!

It's not every day that you'll hear me utter phrases of such benign quality when I'm on duty aft. But, dammit, Spaceships Are Cool split me mellon. On "Shake It Up" I did find my rump subtly shaking even if, at the time, I was witness to a severe ramp strike by an onboarding cargo shuttle.

The Coathangers Might Fly B-52 Strato-Fortresses, Maybe F-86 Sabres. Either Way, They've Maintained a Good Glideslope.

When coffee doesn't arrive with the latest shuttle and I'm stuck filing my reports at the dawn of another day, I know that I can turn to The Coathangers to get my brain on track. Yes, I've got Georgia on my mind. No, not THAT Georgia... THIS Georgia.

The Knobs Convey Memories of Sardonic Grins and Other Pretty Things of Legend

I was trolling some deep frequencies last night and came across a reference to "Edgemoor Mural Memory".
As my home back on Earth is located just north of said "Edgemoor" and, as I had coincidentally tuned up the opus that this pretty song appears on multiple times during my early shift here at 433Eros, I found that the stars and planets were aligned in some cosmic fashion, and this led me to share some memories with you. The Knobs had a penchant for penning songs that remind, illustrate, and convey memories of the happy, sad and wistful moments that fill our lives. The author of many of these passed almost a decade ago, but every now and again I imagine his sardonic, yet joyful grin peering back at me in the reflection of my work station monitor. He was a man whose smile always touched his eyes. In song, this smile lives on.

On behalf of Deavers and many others I would like to take this time to thank you all for your support and input.

433Eros would like to take this time to thank you all for your support and input; for the creative music and video; and for the creative culture that you all nobly represent. I would like to personally thank everybody because it had been some time that I felt true connections with so many good people.
Please be on the look out for more programming from 433Eros; Rocket Ships and Rocking Chairs will continue in March with episode 16, signaling the beginning of a new serial.

Signal Analysis and transmissions will continue to be slow for the next 6-8 weeks, but we are ALWAYS looking to hear curious signals. We have been sifting through data and flipping and reinstalling new levers and switches.
Understand: our supply lines are long. The roll-out rate of components created/transferred using this line has increased due to internal efforts (e.g Wire cleanup, app Tweaking, consolidation..dusting... etc) but the distance from moon depot to 433Eros hanger is fairly fixed, and thus results in a nominal improvement on mission completion time. But, I am, at the end of the day, a very practical man and will endeavor -with assistance- to improve as we can and when we can.

On behalf of Deavers, Mercy and many others
